OUR INSPIRING EDUCATION TEAM
The Faculty at ICI are more than trainers, facilitators, and mentors. They are living proof of what is possible when you fully commit to the journey of becoming a transformational coach.
ICI is the only coaching school in the world where the entire Faculty has emerged from its own graduates and fellows. Every member of the Wizards Team once began as a student, walked through the same trainings, embraced the same breakthroughs, and developed the depth, mastery, and leadership required to create meaningful impact in the lives of others.
These are coaches who have built thriving practices, transformed lives, and continued to embody the Meta Dynamics methodology in both business and life. Despite their own success, they continue to serve within ICI because they believe deeply in the mission, the community, and the transformation this work creates.
When you train with ICI, you are learning from coaches who have done the work themselves. They teach not from scripted theory, but from lived experience, practical application, and a genuine commitment to human transformation.
At ICI, coaching is not simply something you learn.
It is who you become.

Rashid Mubashir
Director of Education
The Coaching Institute (TCI) | International Coaching Institute (ICI)
Rashid Mubashir is the Director of Education at The Coaching Institute and International Coaching Institute. He works alongside faculty, trainers, and mentors to shape how coaching is taught across the school, supporting clear standards for safe, practical, and effective coaching, and helping students build the skills and confidence to work with real people in the real world.
Rashid’s journey into coaching didn’t begin with confidence, clarity, or a business background. At 18 years old, he arrived in Australia with just $1,000 in his pocket, no safety net, and no clear direction. He struggled with self-doubt, emotional pain, and a deep sense of being lost. Coaching didn’t magically fix his life, but it gave him understanding, structure, and a way to rebuild himself step by step. His story stands as proof that you don’t need to have your life figured out to begin, you just need to be willing to start.
Students experience Rashid through flagship trainings, advanced programs, and key teaching moments that are often described as honest, grounding, and deeply human. He creates spaces where people feel safe to be real, supported to grow, and encouraged to take steps forward even when they don’t feel ready yet. Many students say his teaching helps them realise that their story, their struggles, and their uncertainty don’t disqualify them, they actually matter.
In his role, Rashid supports curriculum development, learning standards, and assessment processes across programs. He collaborates closely with faculty and mentors to ensure students are not only learning how to coach, but also how to build a coaching practice that is ethical, realistic, and aligned with their life, not based on pressure, hype, or pretending to be someone they’re not.
With no formal business background when he began, Rashid went on to build a successful coaching practice from the ground up. He now regularly teaches students how to do the same, breaking business down into simple, human steps, how to find clients, have real conversations, price with integrity, and grow confidence through action rather than overwhelm. His work helps students see that business success is learnable, not reserved for “sales people” or extroverts.
Rashid brings over 7,000 hours of coaching and training experience and has been active in the coaching and personal development industry for more than a decade. He is an award-winning international coach, has supported thousands of students, and has been featured in international finance and lifestyle media, including appearances on Apple TV and Roku. He is a graduate in Entrepreneurship and holds postgraduate qualifications in Psychological Sciences, grounding his work in both lived experience and a strong understanding of human behaviour.
Warm, fun-loving, and emotionally open, Rashid believes great coaches aren’t perfect, they’re present. His teaching style is real, supportive, and practical, helping students build confidence by doing the work, not pretending to have it all together, and to create coaching practices that are both meaningful and sustainable.

Vicki Abraham
Facilitator and Mentor
The Coaching Institute (TCI) | International Coaching Institute (ICI)
Vicki Abraham is a facilitator of training webinars and coaching practicums at The Coaching Institute and International Coaching Institute. She works in the faculty to support how coaching is taught across the school, helping students build the skills, confidence, and readiness to work with real people in the real world.
Vicki’s journey into coaching began from lived experience rather than a perfect starting point. When an important family relationship broke down, it completely rocked her world. She turned to a coach for help, and the swift, lasting change she experienced was nothing short of transformative. It reminded her too of a deep knowing that she wanted to create this kind of impact for others too.
What made it even more meaningful? Vicki had actually certified as a coach a decade earlier but hadn’t pursued it as a career at the time. This experience was her wake-up call, reminding her of what she already knew was within her. It reinforced a belief she’d held for years: that we create our own reality based on the perspective we choose to hold. That simple and powerful truth became the foundation of her coaching practice. Today, Vicki supports women leaders, founders and entrepreneurs on their path to success, helping them shift perspective and step into the reality they want to create.Students experience Vicki through live trainings, one-to-one mentoring sessions, and coaching practicums. In these spaces, Vicki is known for her kind, warm heart and her gentle way of stretching students just beyond their comfort zone – because that’s where real growth happens. She shows up remembering what it was like when she first started, and as a lifelong learner herself, she genuinely relishes learning from her students too. Vicki loves sharing her experience and wisdom, and even more, she loves championing students as they grow rapidly through mentoring. She creates an environment where students feel safe to explore, grow, and discover their own coaching presence.
In her role, Vicki supports training delivery, mentoring, and student development. She delivers webinars and practicums, facilitating knowledge sharing and helping students deepen their understanding of how to apply what they’re learning in their actual coaching practice. Through one-to-one Triad mentoring, she witnesses coaching sessions and offers thoughtful feedback that supports coaches as they develop their skills. Vicki works closely with other facilitators in a collaborative learning approach, modelling the leadership team’s standards and teaching methods. She’s committed to ensuring learning stays practical, supportive, and focused on real-life application, not pressure or performance.
Vicki transitioned from running a marketing and communications agency to coaching full-time – building a thriving practice that includes one-to-one clients, group coaching programs for women leaders at various stages of their career, business and life, and mentoring in several community groups locally. She’s experienced the overwhelm, the uncertainty, and the growth required to build something meaningful, and she is the calm guide through it all.
When Vicki talks about business with students, it’s relatable and cuts through the noise, the same way she supports her entrepreneurial clients. She believes our business shows us so much about ourselves – it’s a personal growth journey, and when we embrace that growth, anything truly becomes possible. Vicki takes clients (and students) from dreaming about having a coaching practice, to actually building their dream practice, one grounded step at a time.Vicki has delivered over 500 coaching and mentoring hours. She was named 2025 Mentor of the Year by SheMentors and has been recognised with the Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow Award and inclusion on the Queen’s Honours List in 2017.
She holds a Masters of Business Administration and is a certified MetaDynamics Level III Facilitator, Dru Yoga Instructor, and Holotropic Breathwork facilitator. Vicki also hosts the Resilient Entrepreneurs podcast, published weekly on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple for the past three years.Vicki’s presence is supportive and kind, the kind of energy that makes people feel genuinely seen and heard. Students often say they learn so much from her feedback and insights – she doesn’t tell them what to do, she helps them think deeper and discover what’s already within them. There’s a gentleness to the way she teaches and she’s deeply committed to skill development and helping students integrate what they’re learning into practical application.
In Vicki’s presence, students say they feel less overwhelmed and more confident. They begin to see possibilities in themselves they hadn’t noticed before. Through her thoughtful assessment and genuine support, she helps coaches develop not just their skills, but the self-belief to use them and create the impact they desire in the world. -

Gamze Cassandra Evren
Mentor & Facilitator

Gamze Cassandra Evren is a Mentor and Facilitator at The Coaching Institute and International Coaching Institute. She works alongside faculty, trainers, mentors, and students to support how coaching is taught across the school, helping students build the skills, confidence, and readiness to work with real people in the real world. Through mentoring, facilitation, and assessments, Gamze contributes to creating a learning environment that is practical, supportive, and grounded in real-life application.
Gamze’s journey into coaching began through lived experience rather than a perfect starting point. Early experiences of disconnection, conditional love, and not feeling seen or heard led to deep emotional pain and a strong drive to understand herself and the human mind. As a teenager, this struggle reached a breaking point and resulted in a suicide attempt. That moment marked the beginning of a lifelong search for healing, meaning, and deeper understanding of human behaviour.
Over the years that followed, Gamze immersed herself in learning and exploring a wide range of therapeutic and personal development approaches. Her focus during that time was understanding emotions, patterns, and what truly supports lasting change and recovery.
A defining turning point came several years ago when she was diagnosed with Stage 3 cancer. Rather than approaching the situation only from a medical perspective, Gamze chose to work deeply with the inner dimensions of healing. While consciously using radiation treatment as a tool, she combined it with intensive inner work including Timeline work, Parts work, and somatic practices. During this process she experienced a profound shift into self-love and self-trust, and within two and a half months her health recovered. This experience strengthened her belief in the power of self-leadership and the deep connection between mind, body, and personal responsibility.
Her commitment to self-leadership as a lived skill continued to deepen through her studies and training at the International Coaching Institute, including programs such as MDPT, Ultimate You Quantum, and Meta Dynamics Interventions. These frameworks provided language and structure for the principles she had been living and exploring for decades, shaping the way she now mentors and facilitates students to develop self-leadership in their lives, relationships, and work.
Joining the International Coaching Institute was a values-aligned step that allowed Gamze to integrate her lived experience with structured coaching methodologies, bringing both depth and practicality to the way she supports students today.Students experience Gamze through live trainings, facilitation spaces, mentoring sessions, assessments, group work, and advanced programs. In these environments, she is known for being grounded, compassionate, and gently challenging when needed.
She supports students in developing self-trust, emotional regulation, clarity, and practical coaching skills. Her approach helps students move from hesitation into confidence, from self-doubt into self-leadership, and from emotional reactivity into conscious responsiveness. Many students share that working with Gamze helps them translate theory into real conversations, allowing them to apply what they have learned with ownership and confidence. As a result, they often leave her sessions feeling calmer, clearer, and more capable both personally and professionally. In her role, Gamze supports mentoring, facilitation, assessments, student development, and collaboration with faculty. She works closely with trainers and mentors across the school to ensure that learning remains supportive, ethical, and grounded in real-world coaching practice rather than pressure or performance.

Over the years, she has built and supported professional practices while working with individuals, organisations, educational institutions, and business owners across areas of mental health, wellbeing, leadership, communication, and marketing. Rochelle Von Berger
Facilitator
The Coaching Institute (TCI) | International Coaching Institute (ICI)
Rochelle von Berger is a facilitator at The Coaching Institute and International Coaching Institute. She works alongside faculty to support how coaching is taught across the school, helping students build the confidence and practical coaching skills needed to create real impact with real people.
Rochelle’s introduction to coaching came through her own lived experience. Working with a coach helped her see something she hadn’t realised was possible — that she could quieten her busy mind, and that the exhaustion from being pulled in every direction as a leader, a wife, and a mother could be reversed.
That experience sparked a deeper curiosity she had already been exploring through her professional work. As a Work Health and Safety specialist, Rochelle has long been fascinated by the drivers of human behaviour, particularly in workplaces and leadership environments.
Through coaching and her work with leaders, she has learned that meaningful change begins when people reconnect with their own internal clarity and sense of power.
Her work is guided by the values of family, impact, growth, and by a simple belief: every person deserves to find where they belong, to be seen, heard, and feel valued — and that all of these things begin from within.Students experience Rochelle primarily through group sessions. It was through ICI that she found both community and direction. Along the way, Toni discovered that growth does not come from having everything perfectly mapped out. Samantha supports students to think practically about clarity, boundaries, communication, and sustainable growth, while staying aligned with ethics, self-trust, and genuine connection.

Her mentoring supports emerging coaches to develop confidence in their own voice, trust their intuition, and apply coaching skills in ways that are practical, ethical, and aligned with who they are.Sarah’s journey into coaching and mentoring began during a period of deep personal transformation.
After years in a corporate career pursuing traditional markers of success, the birth of her child and the experience of a traumatic birth shifted her perspective completely. While life appeared stable on the outside, internally she felt exhausted, disconnected, and questioning what truly mattered.
That experience became a turning point. Rather than returning to the same path, Sarah began exploring approaches that addressed what she felt was missing from conventional systems of care, a way of working that honours not only the mind, but also the body, intuition, and deeper sense of self.
Through this process, she discovered that meaningful work and sustainable business growth come from self-trust and alignment rather than following someone else’s blueprint. By integrating strategy with intuition, she built a practice that reflects her values, strengths, and purpose.

Sidqie Djunaedi
WOW Business Mentor

Sidqie Djunaedi is the WOW Business Mentor at The Coaching Institute and International Coaching Institute. They work alongside students to support how coaching is taught across the school, helping students build the skills, confidence, and readiness to work with real people in the real world.
Sidqie’s journey into coaching was not originally planned. After more than a decade working in global corporate environments, he had achieved many traditional measures of success — a strong salary, leadership responsibilities, and management of multi-million-dollar procurement portfolios across international organisations.
Yet despite the outward success, he sensed something deeper was missing. During this period of reflection, he experienced the loss of a former colleague to suicide — someone who had once made him feel genuinely welcomed when he first arrived in Australia as a migrant from Jakarta. The experience left a profound impression on him. His colleague had appeared capable, respected, and successful, yet had been silently struggling beneath the surface.
This moment became a turning point. It redirected Sidqie toward coaching and personal development, beginning his journey with ICI in 2020. Looking back on the teams he had worked within, he recognised that the environments where people truly thrived were those where high performance and genuine human care coexisted — where colleagues respected one another, supported each other, and created space for connection and growth.
That philosophy now underpins the work he does today. Alongside his role within ICI, Sidqie works as a Leadership and Business Coach supporting migrant leaders and culturally diverse communities to reconnect with their purpose and build the mindset, systems, and habits that allow them to pursue their aspirations.Students experience Sidqie primarily through mentoring sessions where he supports them to develop confidence, clarity, and practical business capability. He is known for creating a supportive yet challenging environment where students are encouraged to expand their thinking and explore new possibilities for their coaching practice.

His approach encourages students to combine personal insight with practical action. In his role, Sidqie supports student development through mentoring and collaborative engagement with faculty and trainers. His work helps ensure that coaching education within the school remains practical, human-centred, and aligned with ethical and sustainable practice rather than pressure-driven performance. Before transitioning into coaching, Sidqie spent 18 years working in Tier 1 global corporations across industries including IT and telecommunications, manufacturing, oil and gas, and mining. His corporate experience involved managing complex procurement systems, large-scale portfolios, and cross-cultural professional environments.
This background informs how he mentors students today, helping them bridge the gap between personal development and practical business implementation. He supports emerging coaches to build structured systems, develop entrepreneurial thinking, and approach business growth with both clarity and integrity.- 18 years in Tier 1 Global Corporation in Australia – IT & Telecommunication, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, and Mining.

Sidqie brings a rare combination to the room – warmth and welcoming, challenge without judgment, and a calm that makes people feel safe enough to go deeper in their journey.
He delivers ideas & learning with clarity – making complex behavioural, psychological and business concepts feel immediately practical and personal.
But what sets him apart isn’t just the content. It’s the container he creates with his students. His sessions feel spacious. People say things they haven’t said out loud before.
He brings his own story, his own humanity, and an openness that invites students to do the same.
Students often leave with more than insight. They leave with a deeper sense of themselves – and the confidence to act from that place. -
Ashlie Stevenson
WOW Mentor

Ashlie Stevenson is the WOW Mentor at The Coaching Institute and International Coaching Institute. They work alongside faculty, trainers, mentors and students to support how coaching is taught across the school, helping students build the skills, confidence, and readiness to work with real people in the real world.
Ashlie’s journey into coaching began from lived experience rather than a perfect starting point. Living through depression, chronic illness while raising a family and trying to keep her marriage alive, she hit an all-time low, not only within her physical body and its limitations but in her internal world. Having to leave her role as an Early Childhood educator due to illness, Ashlie started searching for answers that were more than what the doctors could diagnose, While searching for the next chapter she dug deep and evaluated what she loved most about and how she wanted to give back to the world. This lead into finding life coaching as an option. From a chat online with one of the ICI team she truly understood that coaching and coaching for herself in her own business was the next step. Signing up and starting with the school she began realising the work that comes with learning how to coach and build a business was so much about taking the journey for herself first. She learnt how to self advocate better, how to start trusting her own judgement and take responsibility and accountability for her decisions. On this journey she has powered through the difficult times with compassion and lover for herself that she had never had before, she learned, grew, expanded her awareness, started to notice and regulate her nervous system and reactions better than she had witnessed anyone in her world do before, this is when she new she was in the right place and that she HAD to bring this to as many humans as she could. And now, to give back to the school and students that are coming after her, just as the students before her did when she started and continue to do for her.
Students experience Ashlie through live trainings, mentoring, group sessions, and advanced programs. In these spaces, Ashlie is known for being a warm, supportive energy, while challenging and helping to ground others, and for helping students develop specific capacities such as confidence, clarity, self-trust, or practical skill.
In their role, Ashlie supports curriculum / delivery / mentoring / assessment / student development / faculty collaboration. They work closely with others in the school to ensure learning is practical, supportive, and aligned with real-life application rather than pressure or performance.
Ashlie has built and grown, a coaching practice from what she has learned from the school. With no professional background in business, (only management) the trainings and mentoring she leant into has guided her to a flexible business that is continuing to grow in her market area of musicians, allowing her to utilise something that has been a strong passion for her entire life, driving her forward and making a difference in a world she never could have even imagined being a part of before joining ICI. She now shares her experience, encourages students to do the same in a way that suits their unique way. When mentoring students, she keeps it real and direct while showing compassion and genuinely being excited for each student on their journey of success.
